Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LLMYourself (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This document is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Service Overview

LLMYourself generates AI-based previews and full dossiers using third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI). Outputs are generated content that may contain inaccuracies and should be used for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Service is not a consumer report and must not be used for decisions covered by the FCRA or similar laws (e.g., employment, credit, housing eligibility).

2. Accounts

Some features (e.g., saving/exporting reports) may require you to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Payments

Paid features are processed via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No harassment, defamation, infringement, or unlawful activity.
  • No scraping or reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Do not attempt to collect private or sensitive personal data without consent.
  • Use the Service responsibly and respect the rights of others.

5. AI Output & Disclaimers

AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. We disclaim any warranties (express or implied) about accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risk for your use of outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain rights to the Service, branding, and underlying technology. You own your inputs and, subject to third-party terms, you may use outputs as allowed by law and these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
