This Privacy Policy explains how LLMYourself (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. This document is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

  • Account & Authentication: If you sign in (e.g., with Google via NextAuth), we collect your email and profile basics as provided by the identity provider.
  • Usage Data: We collect basic telemetry (non-PII) about interactions (e.g., generating previews, starting checkout, unlocking reports) to improve the service.
  • Payment: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe provides us with payment status and related identifiers.
  • Report Inputs & Outputs: Names, optional context, preview outputs, and full dossier outputs may be stored in our database for your access and to operate the product.
  • Cookies: We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate the service: generate previews and full dossiers using AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
  • To process payments and manage access to paid features.
  • To improve the product via aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
  • To communicate about updates, support, or security notices.

3. Data Sharing

We share information with third-party processors only as needed to provide the service, such as:

  • OpenAI (AI generation): content you submit for preview/full report and related prompts.
  • Stripe (payments): payment details and transaction metadata.
  • Hosting/Database (e.g., Vercel, Supabase): infrastructure and storage providers.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Your Choices

  • You can choose not to create an account; previews can be generated without login.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see “Contact”).
  • You can opt out of non-essential cookies (if a cookie banner is present).

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limited access to production systems.

7. Children’s Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.
